Well im in kind of a bind. When was doing my jdm front end i accidently put a drill bit through one of the fins and have a 1*1 mm hole in it, it can be fixed but i dont know if i can trust it or not. I have a DA LS parts car and i put the rads side by side and they seem exactly the same size(except the two bottom mounts, but can be modified to fit). I was wondering if it had the same cooling charachteristics as the ITR rad. The LS rad seems to have more deepth and beefier than the ITR rad.

So two options i have are to replace the rad with the LS rad, or get the stock ITR rad fixed.


This is only a temoparary replacement till i can afford a C&R rad.

 

dont know if they are exactly the same cooling wise..but i'm sure you'll be fine.

hell, i have a stock 97 civic radiator on my built ITR motor lol

 

I believe that FOrSfEd is running a DA radiator in his turbo ITR. PM him and ask.

 

I have a feeling it won't fit since the ITR one won't fit in da's.

 

Aww screw it, im just going to order a GSR rad tommorow. Should be good enough!

 

the opnly big diff is the bottom mounts, you can drill out the mounts and reweld them on where you want them . it should cool fine, i run a civic rad on my turbo R
