How hard to change Cap and rotor on LS Dist

How hard to change Cap and rotor on LS Dist
I need now to put a new cap and rotor into my Dist and change that Plastic part that looks like a square box inside there cause its broken, How hard to change rotor. I just did a engine swap and Cant change that on my new motor, also What Spark plug wire are good to use.
