I recently just bought a better/higher quality test pipe for my 94 GSR...but when I recieved it, I noticed it has 2 o2 bungs for the o2 sensor. I need to plug one of the o2 bungs, but I have no clue what the thread size is....I went to a hardware store today, and nothing fit perfectly...either too big or too small. Any suggestions/insight/feedback?

nobody has had to plug an o2 bung in their test pipe/high flow cat?

 

Used a "dead" O2 sensor. I believe the thread is 18mx1.5 or x1.25. Can't remember.

use a old sparkplug.. 18MM.. dunno about thread pitch..

 

Call Comptech and get the O2 plug use on their header. It's only 2 bucks.

 

Go to pepboys and buy an oil pan plug... I believe the thread is 18x1.5
