Alright i have a problem. I'm thinking of buying an o2 simulator for my 97 civic because i dont have a secondary o2 sensor hooked up and there is no bung for a secondary o2 sensor in the exhaust pipe.

I dont want to have to buy an o2 sensor and get a bung welded in to eliminate the engine light. Can i but any o2 simulator on ebay or do i buy a special plug n play o2 simulator?

you can make one with about 15 bucks in parts from radio shack. i made mine a few years back and i always passed when i went to take the emissions test.
