Anyone has done the swap of the EK rear seat with a 50/50 split for the EP3 rear seat with a 60/40 split? What do I need to look out for and what all needs to be changed?

I am looking to do that but would like to exchange my EDM CTR back rest w/o head rest and third 3-point-belt for a USDM Si back rest with head rest and third 3-point seat belt.
