Need Help with my CRVTec!!
I checked my compression the other day, on my CRVtec, and it ran 155 all the way around. It has stock bottom end, and stock b16 head.
What could be the problem? I also have a bad headgasket.... or something wrong with the head leaking. I could use any help please!

I think stock B16A's do 210 compression, so 190 would be a bit high. I'd say to do some compression checks on other people's cars, like someone with an LS motor to see where they are at.

My friends b20b vtec did 180 with an untouched bottom end and head. However, different compression testors read differently. As long as your numbers were consistant (150 across all 4 cylinders) than you are fine.
Well that sounds good for the most part. I will re-check my compression again once I get time to fix my headgasket because that could make it that much lower, if there is a leak in the head. Thank you everyone for your help.
