this is the IAT sensor on a LS manifold. do the 96-00 civic come with plugs for this?


i have the IAT plug but i used it on my intake arm. but it wouldn't even fit on the LS intake manifold because the design is different. the civic one is more rectangle compared to the circle one like the integra LS.

 

my bros 99 civic si doesnt have that

 

i'm pretty sure i don't have it either. so how do i pass the visual part of the smog check?

 

the obdII civics have the iat in the intake tube.....u can just put your civic one in the intake and plug the plug up or u need a plug off ls and splice it and should work fine

 

would i get a CEL if i have two sensors hooked up and spliced together?

i need to do it somehow so i can pass smog. i dont think i can just plug it. any suggestions?
