They are Advan rims...
I tried to search for name but all I get is "17" Advan Rims"

doesn't that pic look like its been photochopped.. i thought those advan's were unavailable with offsets that are applicable for a dc2 nonetheless an itr.. never seen it on an Dc2.. is that even an itr or gsr? if they made it for a five lugger i'd rock those rims..

That car isn't an ITR, looks like an RS.
They did offer those wheels in a size that would fit Integras. I remember a black DA at Voodoo's meet with red/black Advans.
