Any of you guys know how to remove the coil from the distributor housing?

Just took apart my distributor, where is the bearing? In the shaft or the housing?
I just removed my distributor from my 96 Integra SE and was wondering if the bearing is in the shaft or in the metal of the housing itself? Has anyone seen a new housing? I was wanting to take it to a machine shop a get the bearing replaced (its been sqeaking)
Anyone?
