Default help diagnose this noise.

i can hear a tick/whistle sound coming from the engine bay. I can hear it all the time when the car is cold and warm. The noise goes away as soon as i press on the clutch pedal just slightly. Any ideas what might need to be adjusted or looked at?

It went away as soon as the bearing carried a little load.
