Default 15 inch or 16 inch on delsol?

need opinion for wheel purchase. i plan on buying a set of sports bronze slipstreams, but im not sure which would be best. 15x7 or 16x7? tires arnt really an issue, but i am owrried about fitment and look. its going to be my daily wheel. i have a set of track wheels already. will 16x7 look right, and will it rub? im lowered about an inch an a half all around. any info would be great.

*pics if possible*

if it's just for looks I'm sure the 16's will be fine. Try looking through http://www.teamdelsol.com for pics... I'm not sure if anyone's got the 16 slips, but I know ppl have 16's...

16's will do justice for the sol. get some 205/45/16 or 205/40/16. They shouldn't rub but some people did complain of them rubbing on HARD turns (the 205/45/16).

I personally think the 17's are a bit oversized for the sol... 16s are perfect and 15's are a bit small.

Oh yea, if you plan on getting Azeni's make sure you know that their 195 width tires are comparable to other makers 205 width tires...

post pics when you get them on

I'm seein an intercooler in it's mouth, he can do whatever he wants because he can probably back it up. I don't know what you two guys drive, but i wouldn't throw down the hate bomb till you see under the hood. Sombody might find a stock civic ugly too. if your goona get a kit for a del sol, the Kaminari bumper and hood that he has is nice.

I would get 16's that should look pretty good but not any bigger IMO. It may rub just depends how low your car is.

they dont make them with a 40 or 45 sidewall in 16s. i think only in a 55 sidewall, maybe 50.

WERD! Each is his own so the two haters should STFU if they dont have anything to back up what they have. Its one thing to hate on ricers, but you gotta give props to someone who has put lots of time, money, and effort into making their car nice and clean even if its different from stock. Shiet if we all wanted stock, why the f are we modifying our cars for! Although I would like to see numbers from that sol though. I think its pretty sweet looking. I'd sure as hell back the f off the gas pedal if I saw a sol with that shiny "RADIATOR" in the mouth. Unless I got my own "RADIATOR"!

Anyways, each is his own.

Also, I wasnt sure if they made it in 45 or 40 but I just know that azenis have a wider width compared to other peeps...
