Belt around the cam gears suppose to be like this?

Im not sure if its a problem, but notice how one side sits off of the gear? Like it is sitting diagonal on the gears

you'll be fine. Mine sits all the way on the outside of the gears. everyone that sees it is like Oh GOD your **** gonna fall off, but its been like that for like 50,000 miles!

Looks fine... remember to wipe off any oil that gets on the timing belt.

i have had two timing belts fall off now...sucky...

your timing belt cover will keep it on if your belt is tight enough.
