Im not sure but do the HX wheels fit on an EJ coupe? I thought there was brake clearance issues. I wanted to do the same thing but I remember reading about that....

yeah those are not HX wheels, they are a factory option wheel offered by honda i believe. HX wheels are 13" They come on Vx hatches and HX civic coupes. I think you should go with the blades.

Those are 7 spokes and are "new" optional rims from Honda. HXs are 8 spoke rims.

HXs are 14s!!! Dammit people, stop spreading misinformation. The VX are the rims that are 13s, in the exact same design. The HX rims came on the HX coupes, and the VX rims came on the VX hatches. Imagine that.

The HX wheels are HOT especially if you can get them treated with some gunmetal paint! a buddy of mine has them and they look unreal on his 4dr civic, I am trying to buy them!

painted blades look sooo ghetto, those are tight wheels just as is. If your gonna get a wheel and paint it, then dot he HX wheels. Ive seen new si wheels on an EG before and it looks good.

The new SI rims are about 4 lbs heavier than the Blades.
