i am living on the middle of the mountain is that why i can only drive 340kms?
and i shift when it's 2500 rpm - 3000rpm

Well, there is your problem - what you need is more VTEC!
While this will not improve your gas mileage, it will improve your enjoyment.

 

I usually get around 25-28 MPG depending on how hard I drive it.

lately I have been getting 400kms but 300~350 is normal for me. I got 500 a couple times but thats only because I did a lot of expressway driving.

I used to do quite abit of highway driving and one time it reached 470km, if i recall correctly...but I didn't want to do too much highway driving (because of the proper break-in) I changed my route and now I get ~400 a tank.

city driving is alot more fun in the morning, when highway traffic drives me nuts.

Between 350 and 400 km per 40 Liter. But the tank is not fully empty then of course. When the needle hits E there is still 10 Liter left in the tank....

 

Im about the same..anywhere between 340-400 per tank, depending on how Im driving. Highway driving ...around 450-500km

But on topic... I get 220 miles on average ~ 354km. That's on about 11 gallons (42L). Or - 20mpg ( I am so leadfooted). For you Metric folks, that's 11.86L/100km.

Best of all tanks of gas... 396 miles (damn Willard has me beat ) on 12.3 gallons (32.2mpg ) ~ 637km on 46.6L (7.32L/100km ) The tank in question was cruising at around 90mph (145km/h) with no A/C.
