Power Steering on 99-00 Civic Hatch

Do 1999-2000 Civic Hatchbacks come with power steering?

Power steering was standard on 1999 and 2000 DX hatchbacks.

EDIT: The only 1999 and 2000 Civics that didn't come with PS were the CX hatchbacks, which is why I bought one.
