2000 honda accord, car shakes when braking

2000 honda accord, car shakes when braking
recently for a month or so, whenever i press on the brakes my car thens to shake and my steering wheel shakes as well. i've had my alignment and tires checked and also have check m brakes. has this happend to anyone?

plus 2 for warped disc, i had the same problem and let it go until i needed new pads. I swapped the rotors for brembo blanks when i changed the pads, problem gone
