I just bought a 90 teg with 210K miles, it wont pass smog in my area, tried the pass or money back cleaners, still no pass, I have been told its from high combustion chamber temps?? is there too much crap on the valves? whats the best solution? pull the head and scrape the valves? or just yank the engine and get a rebuilt??
