I have a 95 ls in my civic. I cant figure out why the timing jumps around. I checked my timing belt it is not stretched. i dont have valve tap so i am pretty sure it is not a bent vale i have proper fuel i cant figure it out can someone help.

 

how do you know that your timing is jumping around if you haven't put a light to it?
