Default auto swap

the guys who did my auto swap didnt drill the holes where it was suppose to instead used the existing hole from the auto shifter so when i installed stiffer bushing i had to stretch it well does this affect how the cars shifting?? like smoothness wise? now sometimes its hard to shift, sometimes its smooth i cant really remember what it was like before i installed the bushing

the holes on the far right should be where to bolt the linkage mine are bolted at the middle 2 bolts
