Dude I don't think that's anything ot worry about..
The best way I can think of to fix it is to take the part/piece off, wire brush it and then repaint it with rustoleum or something.

I could, but I'd rather soak them in something that would do it over night 
But rust city 6, ****, that needs replacement... I can scratch the rust off there with my finger nail.
