cable b16 tranny s1 good?
im about to buy this tranny...i heard b16 trannys are as close to a type r tranny you can get...but theres so many different codes like y1, s1 or whatever...is this tranny a good tranny to get for my b18c1? what exact car is this tranny from? i dont know much about trannys and i dont have a tranny at the moment and need sumthing good to build off of....

I was asuming that he meant a conversion kit to allow him to use a cable tranny in his car that originally came equipped with a hydro tranny, so you guys are right, it would be a cable -> hydro conversion.
I believe that HA Sport is now producing a hydro -> cable conversion as well. For some reason I remember them making this years ago, and just recently I read about them making it (again?) for the EF civics and crx's.
