2000 itr header vs 96 ls header

if i swapped out my 96 ls oem header for a 2000 itr oem header ,would there be better exhaust flow,gains, with my catback system..i might be able to pick one up really cheap but want to know if its worth swapping for the time being...

not if it was USDM i dont think..

ITR header should fit a ls teg.
