USDM LS and ITR header the same?

Is the USDM '98+ LS and ITR header the same piece? The look pretty much identical.

My friend wants to buy my old header, and use it on his LS. Will he actually gain any power from it?

IMO.. not enought to justify the hassle (even though not much) of putting it on..

My oem Header sold for good cash... $150 IIRC.

Si guys love them!

they are not the same , but are interchangable, the only noticable diff is the itr down pipe looks diff, other than that not worth the sawp , no real diff in power , at least not worth changin it out for . now a jdm itr header is a diff story in itself.
