Yep title says it all, I'm asking for a friends dad that has a newer TL, but wants the newer TL tail lighter or the TypeS ones.

 

if your dad has a TL Type S (last gen) and since u said his is "newer" he would have the newer tails (the one w/o any orange lenses) already.

 

He doesn't have the Type S...

 

All the 02-03 TL (reg. and type s) tails are the same, red and clear.
the 99-01 TL tails were red, amber, and clear.

There's no difference between TL & TL-S. The difference is in the year only.

 

OK, I'm ready to spell it out now...

His TL is a 99-01, he wants the better looking 02-03' ones.

Newer meaning post 1987, not as in "newer" like 99'-01' vs 02'-03'

Imagine if you guys had to deal with "Type R", integra, LX, LS, DX, ZC, D15, D16, B16, B18B, B18C5, EF, EG, EX, spanding over 17years !!!
