I recently made a plate to cover my IACV on my h22a manifold, and my car would run right, BUT IT DOES IDLE PERFECTLY. So what will it do?

 

why did you block it off? its supposed to keep the engine running when you let off the throttle at cruise speeds.

 

blocked it off cause i had a erratic idle and they are 240$ wanted to see what would happen if i blocked it off. Now im having troubles where my car wont rev above 1500 rpms and im wondering if thats what is doing it

 

did u check to see if the screw in the Fast Idle Thermo Valve...under the throttle body had come out?...i was having the same problem, and thought it was my idle air control valve, but it wasnt....check the FITV under the Tb and u might be suprised
