Anyone know how to do this? I removed the 2 nuts inside the trunk and the phillps screws on the bottom and around the wheel wells but it won't come off.

 

I'm assuming you've removed the plastic cover that goes across the back on the inside of the trunk. Next, you'll need to remove the taillights (6 nuts each). Then there will be 8 nuts to remove before you can remove the finish panel (the metal panel on the outside that has the key cylinder in it). Once you have removed the finishe panel there you will see 7 or 8 bolts that bolt through the top of the bumper cover (which hold it to the bumper support). It should come free at this point (assuming you got the trim screws from the wheelwell). There will be a wiring harness for your tag lights running to it so be careful not to yank on it very hard. You'll have to remove the harness as well.

 

Thanks alot! I didn't want to remove the taillights cuz I siliconed them on due to water leaks

 

Sorry about that. I've had similar problems with mine and new oem seals for them are a little pricey. Good luck.
