rs type vtec controller. need help installing.

the directions on these are mad confusing.

can someone help me out for a 01 gsr.

pinout, color wires or whatever you can do would be greatly appreciated.

Use the correct diagram here (should be WH-3) to locate the RPM signal, power, and VTEC signal wires in the ECU harness. Once you locate these, the installation is just a matter of connecting the wires according to the instructions in the link you provided. After you cut the VTEC signal wire, it appears you want orange connected to the half of the VTEC signal coming from the ECU, yellow connected to the half that runs to the VTEC solenoid, and green, black and red are RPM signal, earth (ground), and power, respectively.

Edit: I'm not sure where Middletown is, but if it's reasonably close to Bergen County, NJ, I'd be happy to help you with the installation one weekend if you wanted to stop by.
