Default Awful compression test results, opinions needed?

Just put my freshly rebuilt turbo on after my bad dyno experience(coolant overflow getting sucked into air filter blowing seal on turbo) and the car ran pretty good, boosted alright, but a decent amount of white/gray smoke coming out the tail pipe. As far as boosting alright, before I took the turbo off for the rebuilt I thought I would remember seeing full boost @3500rpm, not it hits like 5lbs at 3k rpms, but then takes til 4800rpm to see 10lbs on a lil tdo4-15g. I wasn't sure if the smoke was oil and coolant that got sucked into the intake from the seal blowing(smelled like oil burning) or what not so I decided to do a compression test. The results of the dry test with no warming up was:

55-55-55-150

I didn't get a chance to do a wet test because the guy I borrowed the gauge from didn't want any fluid getting on it so I wasn't able to do that yet. What gives? rings? valves? HG? Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

which order did you get those numbers in?

this might save you a lot of trubble, although the oil doesnt sound to good:

if you got the 150 first, then the 3 55's make sure your gauge didnt break. I bought a brnd new gauge and on the 4th cylinder it shat out on me, needless to say i shat my pants until i figured out what was going on.
