B18B head bolts will only work with a b18b head. there are two bolts in the middle that are too long for a GSR head. you need gsr head bolts for a gsr head and ls head bolts for an ls head

does the head have raised spots in the middle to accomodate the longer bolts, and how much longer are the b18b bolts than b16. i've got like 3 or 4 sets of head bolts from b16's and 1 b18a and the only difference i can tell is between the two long ones and the rest.

 

Yes, there are two raised points in the middle of the LS head to accomidate the long head bolts.
