just saw this guys, i guess its genuine. if you wanted one for christmas, go get it-j/k...hehehe. anyway, is it worth the bills?

For $11,000 you can do so much more. That damned price has a reserve protection as well. However, I wonder if they will sell the gauges that do in the car. That's like whoa!

If it is a motor from the speedvision american tourning car series. There are tons of regulations for the motor. It is possible that that motor is built to be legal for that class.

The RT integras are limited to 207hp or something like that for the Touring series, so I don't know where they are getting that 230 number from. I guess they put some vtec stickers on it or something ..

Damn, even if I was stupid enough to blow 11k on a used roadracing motor , I would sure want to know more than "etc etc etc."

If I remember right yr and half ago I talked with some SV touring drivers and there pit crews when some can for driving school to teach. Most said the ITR made 220hp if not alittle more. Most don't know but running some squealing straight gears gets you another 8 whp out of the engine which is also a loophole in alot racing series. Touring cars in Group N I believe in the UK race with this setup..use to have mag with all setup specs as well...makes our touring series pale in comparison..but then they require atleast on pit stop per race..when the US verison doesn't.
