injectors size

i have b20 vtec
86mm 13:1 cr
PnP head RS cams ef1 valve springs and retainers
hondata
my question is what injector size should i be running

I would say at least 440cc, mabye more, dont have much experience with motors of that caliber.
I would be safe also to go bigger with hondata because you can shorten the pulse too.
