The first time I saw this I thought it was cool because it was different, but it's losing its appeal fast. Mainly because it's something that anyone can do to any vehicle. Free mods seem to be popular with the ricers, foreign and domestic alike. What do you think?

Just think, your passenger will have a wiper right in front of their face, and if it rains, your visibility will be cut pretty much in half.

WHOA, I never said I wanted to do this, I just wanted other opinions. A friend did this and it got my curiousity going. The first time I saw it, it was on a teg and it was painted white. I thought it was cool to look at, but it's one of those things I would never do. This probably sounds like I'm trying to cover my ***, so I'll stop.

If your car has 2 wipers, it came out of the factory like that for a reason. Only a benz can have one wiper because some benzes come like that, and the wiper tucks under the winshield unlike these ricey ones that stop dead center. RICE!!

 

those benz wipers are cool as hell and they are functional unlike my buddys jag... 420tegls knows who i'm talking about..but yeah single wipers get the BOOOOOO from me.

 

True. Single wipers are big and cover the whole area. Super cool in the way they move too. One wiper on a two wiper car just look broken.

 

if you have a jag or benz o.k. if you have a honda not o.k.

 

I tried it out for a while, I believe it worked better than two. Didn't like the look though!

 

Yeah Slain, Mike's jago is a POS! His one wiper doesn't work correctly. Typical Jag ****. I don't see Antonio's Benz having problems with his one wiper.

Here's my take on the whole situation....


Almost everything considered 'rice' nowadays was at one point pretty cool, until it became a trend and everyone started doing it. For example, at one point, putting manufacturer decals (A'pexi, HKS, Mugen, etc..) was cool until people started doing it just to be doing it. Indiglo use to be cool, but now its 'played out' or rice.
JDM parts is not quite there yet, but I can see where someday its going to be considered rice too.

Well, as for this single wiper thing....I think it looks good but not for all cars...just my 2 yen
