Default Front Brake Rotors & Minimum Allowed Thinckness

After having my front rottors resurfaced they are at 19mm,
which I understand is the Minimum Rotor thickness accordint to the manufacturer,

should I be concerned?

how much do I have left on them before replacement is needed?
