Yesterday, we took my friends cruise control on his 00 si and now his car wont start...at first it blew a fuse...but now everything seem fine but it wont start...we took off the wire for the pedal and dissconnected the harness and took out the fuse for the cruisecontrol....thats our progress so far and plugged up the vaccum line the intake manifold...btw....he cut the harness and just wrapped them in tape and their not touching........i tried to do a search but nothing answered my question.

 

do the lights come on (dash, does it beep when you turn the key on?) if it does, but it doesnt crank over, check the main fuses. on passenger side, right next to the battery. there's 2 "box" fuses, check those and replace if needed. let me know how it goes

 

well the thing is the first time we put the key in and as soon as we turned on the lights the whole dash went out...so everything is out right now....

we got it to start once....we replaced a fuse but then drove around did the same thing and it didn't want to turn on again laterr on
