Default questions about tranny pertaining to engine swap

i have a 1991 acura integra gs, i need to keep the transmission an automatic, but i was wanting to do an engine swap. I was leaning towards a b18b because it would bolt up, but i heard that i could do a b16a out a jdm 89-93 integra...is this true? if so what would i need to do it? Any help would be appreciated

thanks for the response...........the reason ive got to stay auto is......1) remote start......2) the audio system.........the fiberglass center console that we are makin has already been made around the auto tranny shifter........a manual tranny would block the EQ and the deck

If you can't drive a stick I would recommend that you learn... You'll never want to go back.
i totally agree.
there more fun to drive anyway
who cares if you have to rework your audio system it will be worth it when you have SHOW and GO. just my opinion tho
