Default new clutch?

i needa get a new stage 3 clutch but i don't know which brand i should go with. the car is daily drivin and a weekend racer. it needs to support a b18c1...any advice would be much apreciated. thanks

since it was requested...plans for the car.
uhm...i don't have much money right now so i'm just workin to get new cams and a new flywheel (to go along with the clutch). when i get back home i'll be on the hunt for a type-r tranny...so if you have one. beware i WILL jack you!!! haha j/p. uhm...yeh. not much plans for the car right now. i'm working on the body right now because it was in a accident. so motorwise thats all. as far as the body is concerned. i'm going to get my new radiator support welded soon so i'm all smiles about that. need new fenders too. not sure which i want to go with. debating z3 so when i juice the car i can set the purge nozzles to spray out of the openings in the fenders. not sure yet. we'll see.

Why have you decided on a "stage 3" clutch already? What do you have done to your car and what kind of TQ numbers are you putting down? What are you future plans for the car?

I talked to him through AIM and he needs a clutch strong enough to support a turbo B18C1 setup. He also has to have a pedal light enough his girlfriend can drive the car too. We talked about it some and still are kinda undecided.

EDIT: We did decide he needs something with a sprung hub for sure.

yes i have a strong left leg. puwahaha. i decided to just go with a stage 2 CM. and as far as something with a sprung hub...definantly. hahah. i don't think i want to kill my car or chirp my tires all the time while i'm getting used to the clutch. besides it's daily drivin so yeh. sprung hub would be good.

Basically, for what you're getting, I'd get the stage 3. Same price and its a stronger clutch. I was recommended this one as well. It's what I'm going to be getting.

clutchmasters are nice in terms of not being real hard like to push like the ACT's. I dont know if a stage 2 from CM will hold up to a turbo gsr though.

action 1ms or maybe the 2ks if you can afford it, and your girlfriend has a strong leg.
