Default catalytic converter

hey ya'll ! i 'm kinda new on here. i own a 98 dx model honda accord
and my check engine light comes on! tha code for that is P0420 ( catalyst efficiency below threshold) and my catalyst converter has been makin some noise !in short its kinda bad! what site can i buy a catalytic converter ? and what recommendations do y'all have for me????

it will keep coming back unless you get an O2 sensor simulator for $40 and unplug the 2ndARY O2 sensor, or you can spend about $150 on a new OEM directfit cat.

Best prices i've found are

Buy a carsound cat off ebay. It will cost you like $30 and it is a hi-flo cat, the same the magnaflow uses on their catted pipes.

Universal hi-flows will work too, just keep in mind they don't have the fitting for the 2nd O2 sensor, so it will need welded in, or get the simulator box and leave out the 2nd O2. Plus you will probably need an exhaust shop to weld up the flanges and fit it for you for a little more $.
