I think you're supposed to add that after all the other mugen stuff is already on otherwise, you'll be criticized.
I've been seeing plenty of Type-R's in Toronto lately that have pasted the Mugen side stripe on their basically stock cars. I don't think those cars even have a Mugen shifter onboard (never mind the other more critical Mugen hardware).
Actually, I don't even know why it bugs me so much. Maybe because it seems as though all the other legit "Mugen Equiped" (or Spoon for that matter) Type-R's out there are being "cheapened/devalued" by all these sticker souped-up cars out there.
Oh well, it's not my car. To each their own I suppose.
I say, slap the sticker on. I'm not the one who decides who gets to stick what on their car, but it seems like you've got the right idea and the Mugen goods to back it up. Unless you've got friends who can buy the Mugen side stripe for you in Hong Kong or Japan, one of the few places you can order it from in Toronto is Sisley Honda (Rene Boyd).
I'm not even sure that it's still available, I heard that they discontinued that particular sticker. I've already got mine, and a set to spare. It's not for sale though, I made need it if, God forbid, I need to repaint one of my pannels in the future.
That's one problem with Mugen, you've got to buy two of everything just in case they discontinue it (I can barely afford to buy one of anything Mugen!).

That sticker (any sticker for that matter) might as well be a large bill board that says hay come look at me I have all the goods on this baby and want everyone to know it!
Not the sort of message I want to be passing around considering the theft rates are already a major concern!
Good luck if you put it on!

I think you should stay low profile - especially in Toronto. It's like the idiots that paste stickers for hi-fi equipment on their cars like Precision Power etc - it basically says "Hi everyone - come steal me".
The decal is discontinued btw.

well may be u guys dont think this way .. but for me a car is a car. car is my slave. ppl who wants to steal it go ahead, insurence will cover anyhow. i dont really care about the much. for me ITR is my daily drive car and for track. i aint gonna pay so much attendtion on it. it will make me go nuts
after all it's a car. u dont wanna to sleep with it. or keep ur eyes on for 24hrs.

You think you've got problems?
Never mind the Mugen sticker, how the hell do I hide Mugen MF10's, Spoon calipers, and a JDM front-end from plain sight. You can peel away the sticker, but what would you do to stay low-pro with the rest of the aforementioned goods?

Do what you can, and what ever pleases you, as long as one understands the ramifications of being a little different (un wanted attention) but as long as you can back it up (securitywise) then whats stopping you?
anyone know where can i get the mugen steeling wheel???? FG 360????? pls help me out of it....................

I know someone brought one from HK for like $300HKD ($60CDN). But the problem is when that guy brought that sticker forgot that his car is black, and the the word "MUGEN" on the sticker is black too.
This is one of the most funny **** I see for awhile.
