B16 sputter at low RPM.
I have a first gen B16 in my CRX and I have pretty much all the bolt ons. I/H/E, cam gears, MSD 6AL, Skunk2 cam gears, FPR, I think that pretty much it. But at any RPM below 3K it sputters. At idle I just tap the gas and it acts like it wants to die out. Thats about the best I can explain it, Im sure theres a million things it could be but Im stumped. I did new wires, plugs and dist. cap and rotor when I did the motor not to long ago so I think I can rule out anything with that.
Any ideas?
I think my fuel pressure is set at about 46 or 48. Cant really remember. The guy set it with a gauge on it then took the gauge off. So not to sure on that.
Thanks for any kind of help.

Yes and No.
I am OBD0 and Im not using both o2s. I cant cuz I have a DC Sports one piece 4-2-1 and it only has one o2 bung at the collector. I was told when I first did the swap that the PR3 ECU needs both o2s to run good but I didnt want to cut into my header and weld the two o2 bungs in.
So you think thats it?

I think that is the problem precisely. you need BOTH O2 sensors
