Check to make sure it's right from him. I ran the part number on a few websites and nothing came up...

PCT means it's exclusive to the Civic Type R (chassis code EK9). From the looks of it, that's the N1 pulley which doesn't have accessory pulleys for A/C or power steering. Yes it will fit a B18C.
