Each marking on the cam gear is + or - 2 degrees? right?

 

I was wondering the same thing myself since the specs on them say that they can be adjusted +/- 10, but there's only 5 markings on each side. As for now I have mine at stock, until I get them tuned. Good question that I'd like to know the answer to.
