Default SRR LCA install pics---On my 00 EM1

Well I got around to installing my Srr LCA's on my 00 civic si. The install was simple. I was using air-tools and it only took me about 30 minutes to do. It took longer to take off the wheels and set the jack-stands than the actual LCA swap.I didn't run into any problems other than one of the LCA falling on my damn head...oooochhhhh I took a-lot of pics enjoy!!

This would be much nicer if you made it a how to.

Does the SRR LCA help in fixing the camber?

lol, you need a how to on installing lcas? There are 3 bolts. Take them out, pull out old lca, put in new lca, reinstall bolts. In this case, he had to undo his tie bar, and then reattatch it.

You are lucky... it took me forever because of the MN winters. Everything was rusted to ****, 2 of the bolts snapped off even using air tools. Good times

No, I don't need a how-to. But others may and this is off topic if it has nothing technical as in a install. Appearance and Cosmetic are for "Look at my Car" posts.

Make it tech or post it somewhere else.

What do these lower control arms do?

I'm confused, how do they help? And also, does the ride change with the different control arms or not?

jack car up
support properly
take rear wheels off
impact 3 14 mm bolts off....
impact 12 mm swaybar bolt

drop old LCA out
replace with new one....
repeat in reverse order....

done

15 minutes tops....like he said longer to take wheels off and to jack it up!

What do these do for you performance wise? Or are they just for looks? They look good but I try not to spend money on anything that doesn't help in some way.

I think they're purple, they just look lighter in the picture.

Is that the Comptech Sway bar you have set up?

One of those pictures is helpful to me whos is looking for exhaust clearances with a sway bar setup.
