!!! Does any1 know if my eg b16 will pass smog?

i have a 92 hatch with a jdm b16, stock everything (i.e. airbox, header etc.) all i have is a catback muffler from tanabe.

What year is the engine?

im not sure but the motor is a 5 series and the car is a 92 dx... its actually my friends car

it will fail visual because he has a b16. get it legal and get it REF'd. i went to five different smog shops in LA and nor cal and none of them would touch my car b/c it had an engine swap. you'll be hard pressed to find a shop that will look the other way these days. if a shop gets caught smogging a car with a swap, they could get their smog license taken away.
