im not 100% sure but i think 00si's are around 16lbs and 02 si's are around 20lbs

Yeah, the 7-spoke '99-00 Si/'03 EX 2-dr wheels are a hair over 16lbs, and from what I've read in many places, the 10-spoke '02-03 Si wheels are over 19lbs.

'98-01 GSR wheels are 16.3 lbs.
