NEED ADVICE: tomorrow is my last day to file a claim with paypal, ebay, credit card company
Hey guys, to make a long story short, I bought what was supposed to be a 2000 itr head off ebay. I recieve it in the mail, one of the cam gears was bent and cracked, so I took the covers off the head, take out the cams, and guess what I find. The head is a b16 head, with 94+ gsr cams and b16 intake and exhaust valves and springs. The seller said it was a complete honest mistake, and offered me $380 USD ( i paid $850 USD), plus the insurance damage ($250-$300 USD). well I got the word from ups today that the damage claim was denied, and although I recieved th $380 USD, i am out a good $250-$300 USD. The paypal transaction occured on February 6th, so I have until tomorrow to file a claim with them. I also want to file a claim with ebay and my credti card company, but for how much??? I have a damaged b16 head here, and I requested the money from the seller plus the insurance money to buy itr cams and valve springs.
How much would I make a claim for, $850 USD? and then send the seller back the $380 he sent me? i'm short on time here so advice would be great!

you got an item that you didnt order anyway, so claim for everything and send back the $350 to the seller.
you should do it now, before its too late, you can always change your mind later on anyway, if you decide to keep it, but you cant claim anymore after the due date.
good luck sir.
