Default Testing waters to see what the R guys think...

So im thinking of selling my R..its 00 PY 1380. stock suspension, stock interior, but with a built all motor engine from IB. the engine put down 214/147 and was tuned by phillip at intercrew up in dallas. it has 85k but the new engine only has about 10k on it. the body and interior are both in great shape with no visible damage to either. for the build i paid a little over 10k total..maybe a bit more..for everything i had done to it. i was thinking of starting at around 22k and see where it went..id be happy to get that for it, but what do you guys think.. a little low for everything in the car, just about right, or a little high? i tried searching and found a few R's for sale in my year and those were from 17k-22k so i think this is about right, but give me your opinions please!

In my case I wanted a stock R, and after a long and agravating search found some yuppy who bought it as a "winter car" to buy from. I think most people aroung here would agree that the car would be easier to sell stock. Sounds nice but don't expect more than 18 k JMHO

You'd probably be better off buying a stock engine and putting it in there and then selling the built engine separately. Basically the trend is that unless your car is famous, then no amount of mods will increase it's value.
