both sets of jg gears are giving me problems?

both sets of jg gears are giving me problems?
ok i put skunk gears on the skunk cams and they fit snugged...i put the jg's on and theres alot of play,not snug at all , as we work on both sets lining up at top dead center,and retarding 3 degrees,as we tighten the tentioner belt the gears move out alot so there for the timing is way off...anyone else have this problem....?
