Default Degree's On My Timing Gears?

I have a 94 Prelude, H22A, with new pistons, pulley's, crower camshafts, and new jdm block, I was wondering what degree should my timing be on my time gears. Right now it is set on 5 degrees, is that to much or okay. Cuz i heard that might overheat the car.

You need to get on the dyno. Until then, zero them up.
