For your budget I will suggest you to go with Buddyclub Racing Spec dampers or Zeal B2 or B6.
They are very popular in Japan for weekend cup racers or Grippers. If you seriously wanted street and track performance then I will highly recommend Zeal B6. They are very streetable and they features "ADJUSTABLE STROKE" same to the Buddyclub you have lower your car without sacraficing suspension travel then why not?
Here are just a spec tip for you to consider:
B6 42mm valving 6 way adjustable inc. hard bushing uppermount
Racing Spec 46mm valving 15way adjustable inc. pillowball uppermount
**This is just suggestion and my opinion.**

well i don't recommend the Apexi N1's, i mean they are good for street and track, comfy on the streets on low and very stiff on high settings, but like any coilover system, don't count on them lasting a long while, b/c they will blow for a daily drivin car...well from what i know w/ the apexi and teins..Eric
