Default grinding gear on EP3

I've been grinding my 2nd and 3rd gear a lot lately and I'm wondering how bad is this to my transmission? Is this covered by 3 year warranty?

It is covered in your warranty but depending on the dealership you take it to they might have mixed feelings on what is wrong and in deciding to help you or not, but good luck

Take aftermarket stuff off the car before you take it in. When we see these come in all lowerd, exhaust intakes and all that stuff, these are the cars that do not get warrantied... This decision is usually made on the service drive before a technician ever sees the car.
